Time and Truth Will Out - Burge is Sentenced Harshly, But Flint Taylor Will Take the Fall.

I was thirty years old when the Wilson brothers assassinated Officers Fahey and O'Brien - it was in February, 1982 and took place two blocks from Leo High School. Only days before another Chicago Police Officer was murdered - Fahey and O'Brien were returning from Officer Doyle's funeral, I believe. I know Fahey's brothers. I am now 58 years old and former Commander Jon Burge has been sentenced well-above the Federal Maximum standard for perjury and obstruction of Justice by Judge Joan Lefkow,

Jon Burge was known as a 'stand-up' cop and Commander. I know officers who served with and for Jon Burge - none of them have been in any way implicated in the alleged torture of criminals.

I have followed this Gordian Knot of rhetoric, legal legerdemain, and orchestration of the Media, politicians and the public, as a teacher in Kankakee, Indiana and Chicago. The most vocal and vociferous "Get Burge" voices that I have encountered belong to people unborn at the time that Officers Fahey and O'Brien were assassinated and urinated upon by the brothers Wilson. Those voices ape the script prepared by G. Flint Taylor, legal bottom feeder and arch-manipulator of lazy and self-satisfied media people. G. Flint Taylor, it seems to me, has patiently albeit obnoxiously pulled all of the strings in this Gordian Knot - wrapped in the core is the truth.

I believe that in years to come, the truth will out, as it always must. Jon Burge stood up in court and took his sentence. Unlike the judge who went over and above the sentencing guidelines in order to placate a public gorged and sated by the endless rhetorical stuffings by G. Flint Taylor, I do not believe that Jon Burge engineered systemic torture of African Americans.

This I do know - two men were assassinated*, Jon Burge caught their killers and G. Flint Taylor made millions of dollars by undermining any and all confidence in Law.

Truth will out. G. Flint Taylor will overplay his hand and the court documents suppressed over the last three decades at Taylor's demand will surface. I also believe that the career criminals that he has enriched and made into media props will want more from Taylor and Taylor does not give. Ask Gator Bradley.

Time and truth.

Illinois
End of Watch: Wednesday, February 10, 1982

Biographical Info
Age: 34
Tour of Duty: 12 years
Badge Number: 4194

Incident Details
Cause of Death: Gunfire
Date of Incident: Tuesday, February 9, 1982
Weapon Used: Handgun; .357 caliber
Suspect Info: Death Sentence. Commuted

Patrolmen William P. Fahey and Richard J. O'Brien were gunned down during a traffic stop.

Hours after attending the funeral of fellow officer James Doyle, Officers Fahey and O’Brien made a traffic stop. At 2:00 p.m., Fahey and O’Brien observed a late model Chevrolet go through a red light at 81st and Morgan Streets.

Patrolman Richard O’Brien, who was driving the squad car, approached the driver’s side of the car while Officer William Fahey approached the passenger side. Officer Fahey ordered the passenger out and patted him down for a weapon. As he was attempting to handcuff the passenger, the suspect gained control of Fahey’s .357 Magnum revolver, whirled around and fired at close range. The bullet struck William Fahey behind the left ear.

The assailant swung and fired a shot across the trunk of the car, firing two shots point-blank at Officer Richard O’Brien, striking him in the left arm and left hip. One of the men in the vehicle then disarmed O’Brien and the duo fled the scene

Help was first summoned to the scene when a voice was heard over the police radio system: “Emergency! Emergency! Two policemen have been shot at 81st and Morgan”. It was later learned to be the voice of a witness to the shooting who ran to the squad car and grabbed the microphone when he saw the officers fall.

Patrolman O’Brien died a short time after the shooting at Little Company of Mary Hospital in Evergreen Park. Patrolman William Fahey died the following morning at 11:14 a.m. without regaining consciousness.

Both officers were assigned to the Gang Crimes South Unit however, they were not regular partners. O’Brien’s regular partner was off sick, and Fahey’s was filling in on a desk job for a furloughed policeman.

Patrolman William P. Fahey was a 10-year veteran of the department. During his tenure, he received 19 honorable mentions and numerous letters of appreciation. He is survived by his wife and three children.

The funeral mass for Patrolman Fahey was held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 13th in Queen of the Universe Catholic Church at 7130 South Hamlin Avenue.

The killers were apprehended, convicted and sentenced to death. On January 10, 2003, the governor at the time, George Ryan commuted their sentences, along with those of all 164 other inmates on death row, to life in prison.

Congressman Danny Davis' Bread and Circuses . . .er Services! Follow the Money Newshounds

Illinois was ravaged by floods from July until August this year. My basement floods every time an Alderman weeps. Not too bad, shop vac out the gallons - dehumidify - fight the mold! However, six blocks west of me and four blocks north of me, neighbors on Troy, Spaulding, and other north and south streets between 111th & 103rd had their finished basements ruined.

Four Guys Flood Protection, ServiceMagic Lords of the Rings, The Dry Guys, Basement Magic and other flood protecting vans flooded the 19th Ward.

All this week, lines of people -suffering people - who may have had flood waters cascade over the window sills of their third and fourth floor windows of their rental units lined up in the broiling heat to get - money on plastic!

Despite questions of the proof residents need to submit in order to receive flood assistance benefits, at least two state leaders say the program is being managed effectively.

"I think it's very difficult in such a short period of time, to put in play and in force the very same requirements that exist for FEMA assistance," said Rep. Danny Davis during the opening of a new Federal Emergency Management Administration disaster relief center in Chicago's Austin neighborhood.

Since Monday, the Illinois Department of Human Services has been offering flood relief assistance through its food stamp program known as SNAP, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. It's all meant to help those who experienced flood damage from the torrential rains that swept the area in late July.

The money is deposited on LINK cards for food-related expenses.

"I had to throw out a lot of things. I had to replace a lot of things," said one man waiting in line outside an aid office in Melrose Park.

More than $2.4 million worth of electronic food stamps were handed out on Tuesday, WLS-TV reported, adding that of those who applied, 5,691 households were approved for benefits. Just 58 were denied.

To qualify for the aid, residents must live or work in one of the designated disaster areas and had damage to their home or business, had disaster-related expenses not reimbursed, or had a loss or reduction of income between July 22 through Aug. 20.

No proof of flooding damage is needed.
NO Body! I mean NO body does crocodile tears like Danny Davis . . .except maybe Gator Bradley and G. Flint Taylor.
Danny had both eyebrows batting away on the NBC 5 report by the tough and gentlemanly Christian Farr -click my post title.

Rev. Moon acolyte, Danny Davis opened his FEMA offices! How did word of the giveaway get disseminated? Alderman Emma Mitts knew.

There was no - e-mail blast from my Ward Offices.

Were other Wards shut out of Bonanza?

Media Newshounds! How about a peek under Danny Davis's Tent-of Plenty?

Follow the money? Get on the FEMA-Link Gate?

Who is involved up to their necks in the Danny Davis Plastic Free Money Giveaway?
Follow the Dough - Don'cha Know? Sneedless to say.

Gotta ask, Danny! It's seems as simple as staying in your lane while driving . . .Oh, that was unfortunate.

CTA Can't See the Rail Cars for the Forrest Claypool

According to an October 10, 2005 Crain's Chicago Business article, three companies submitted proposals by the September 15, 2005 deadline: Alstom Transportation Inc., an American subsidiary of French firm Alstom S.A.; Bombardier Inc., the Montreal-based aircraft and railcar manufacturer; and Kawasaki Rail Car Inc., a subsidiary of Japanese company Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd. According to Crain's, the three manufacturers all retained local consultants, many former CTA and city staff and officials, to help them hone their pitches and navigate the Chicago political waters.
from http://www.chicago-l.org/trains/roster/5000mkII.html

There's the trees in this particular Forrest. Care to identify each tree?

Is there a Marilyn Katz Elm? Perhaps a Dave Axelrod Larch? Mayhaps there be a mighty Judson Miner/Allison Davis Redwood, or a Dr. Quentin Young Acorn?

When a Progressive Protected Specimen like Forrest Claypool - one of many mind you ( Sheila Simon, Dawn Clark Netsch, Deborah Shore & etc.) - is placed in a position of authority troubles are many and owned by taxpayers. They always have the stamp of approval of coalitions a-plenty - Transgender Iwo Jima Flag Raisers, Brownies LUV Abortion, Friends of the Alligator Gar and Gator Bradley, Lawyers for Ne'er Do Wells, Miscreants and Scoundrals, Rush Street Cougars for Self Respect, and the I'm a Loser Because of Systemic Everything Task Force.

The "Ain't He/She Great" stamp of approval branded on the bald rumps of Progressive Protected Species is a passport to profitable paydays and munificent pensions. "Ain't He/She Great" signals an association to a politically necessary pile of street money on election day ( a policy PAC or public employee union), armies of community minded activists sporting XXXXL T-shirts in SEIU Purple, ACORN Red, or a Rainbow, or Progressive persons of wealth and influence.

The Ain't He/She great branded lady or gent pops out of nowhere and appears on election petitions in order to eliminate, or punish political rivals. The Ain't He/She Great phantom is generally armed and equiped with a Media columnist or a spot on the mast-head of Huffington Post.

The helots and worker bees in the precincts and Wards ask, "What'd He do? Where She come from?" Matters not; Ain't She Great? He's a Reformer and we're all gonna get a sweet deal.

Under the Ain't He Great rubric, no one is greater than Forrest Claypool. Try and find his salary among City Workers; you can't as he was appointed with an undisclosed salary - n'est-ce pas! You can hear the shouts though, Forrest can run a Mayoral Staff! He Can Run Parks! He Can Run a County Board . . .well, almost! He Can Run the Trains and Buses on Time Without Stopping for a Pee! Forrest can . . .lay blame.

On my birthday, I was delighted to learn that the CTA had purchased a fleet of state of the art train cars -

Mayor Emanuel and CTA President Forrest Claypool Unveil New Rail Cars

11/8/2011

The 5000-Series Car Scheduled to Make Official In-Service Debut on the Pink Line

Mayor Rahm Emanuel and CTA President Forrest Claypool today unveiled new 5000-series rail cars, marking the first time there has been an addition to the rail fleet since 1992. The first of these new rail cars are entering revenue service on the Pink Line. Emanuel and Claypool were joined for the inaugural run at the Midway station on the Orange Line by representatives from Bombardier Transportation, the manufacturer of the cars.

“The CTA remains the primary mode of transportation for many residents of Chicago, and these new rail cars reflect the Agency’s commitment to its customers and to our city,” said Mayor Rahm Emanuel. “In order for Chicago to grow, continue attracting new businesses and increase the quality of life for all Chicagoans we must continue to invest in public transportation, improving transit infrastructure and expanding service.”

After a successful prototype testing period, the first of 706 brand new, full production model cars will debut on the Pink Line. As more cars continue to arrive, they will be tested internally to ensure all components are operating properly before going into service.

“The 5000-series cars provide a more enjoyable ride for customers,” said CTA President Forrest Claypool. “These cars have wider aisles and roomier interiors, electronic destination signs and security cameras in each car for enhanced safety.”

The addition of these new cars to the fleet will allow CTA to retire some of its oldest cars which average between 32 and 41 years old.

Modernizing the fleet is very important and is fiscally prudent because a younger fleet requires less maintenance and allows CTA to keep the trains on the system where they are needed and not in the repair shop,” Claypool said.

The rail cars feature an aisle-facing seating configuration which adds six inches to the narrowest portion of the aisle, allowing more room for customers carrying backpacks, packages, luggage, strollers and bikes. The aisle-facing seating also provides space for an additional wheelchair position, increasing the total to two per car.

The cars also have LED displays with larger text-size that will replace the scrolling destination signs on the exterior of the lead car. The LED signs on the interior will display the next stop, date and time. The same signs can also be used for a text display of the audio announcements made to customers in the rail car. Above the doors, there is a system map with LED lights that indicates the train’s present location as it travels along the route. In addition, the side doors have an opening/closing light in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act regulations.

Each rail car has multiple security cameras and will eventually transmit real time video to CTA’s Control Center, the Office of Emergency Management and Communication and the Chicago Police Department. CTA’s Control Center will also have remote access to signs, giving them the ability to make emergency audio and text messages inside the trains if needed.

After a competitive selection process, CTA selected Bombardier Transportation Corporation to manufacture the rail cars. Bombardier is a recognized leader in the manufacturing of mass transit vehicles.

The total cost of the rail cars $1.137 billion which is funded by two CTA bond issuances backed by sales tax receipts. The remainder is paid for by $150 million in federal funds.Link to the gallery:

Ain't He Great! The cars don't work! $1.137 billion less the $ 150 million Federal.

Only days ago, the Bombardier Cars - as painstakingly studied as the swell parking meters sucking in credit and debit cards all our Urbs in Horto - were lifted off the tracks.

The CTA Tattler of Chicago Now snitched -
"Now remember, the first set of 10 cars were delivered in April of 2010. They underwent rigorous testing on every rail line. And the manufacturer is just now discovering this "flaw"?

Interestingly, Claypool says: “This decision demonstrates an abundance of caution on our part as we work with Bombardier to address these issues.” Perhaps. And perhaps more complete testing should have been done in the first place."

Those darn Bombardiers!

Dang! But, Forrest Claypool, perhaps, can detail the oxen on the CTA Rails getting gored for our $1.137 billion less the $ 150 million Federal. Claypool will go on, if he really actually must do so, Chicago Tonight, WTTW doncha know, with Carol Marin tossing some under-hand softballs like,
" Gee, Ain't You Great?"

"Well, shucks Carol, now that you mention this - Yes. . .Yes I am. The Bosses need to go!"

" What about thos rail-cars Forrest? Are they really safe?"

" They sure are Carol! Why, I ran the Parks and that was much tougher than running a great city transportation system, where employees expect to be paid while they take a pee. Not on my watch, Carol. You know, Carol, I am an outsider and a reformer."

" Ain't he great? Tommorrow, I will ask a bus driver exactly how long he expects to be paid while taking a pee and how long that pee might be. The Pee Fee -Our Tax-Dollars Down the Drain - Thank you Forrest Claypool!"

The next time someone tells you so-and-so is great, ask the Ain't She/He Great-er, " Can You find a Chinaman on 22nd Street?" or direct that worthy to find his/her posterior lobes using both hands in one motion.

Epic Fail! Ain't He Great! Great. . .really great . . .really terrific . . .couldn't be better . . .the cat's nuts . . .

Police Critics Condemn Use of Sentence Ending- Preposition by Officer as He Saves Life

The fire started about 4:10 a.m. in a three-story apartment building at 7845 S. East End Ave., according to Fire Media Affairs Asst. Director Eve Rodriguez.

Responding emergency units found three people trapped inside.

South Chicago District police officer Timothy Gould was responding to a call when he saw smoke coming from the building. The 18-year police veteran attempted to access the hallway through the main entrance on the side of the building, but smoke and flames were too strong.

Gould then heard somebody screaming for help in the back of the building.

“I ran around back and knocked out the back window,” Gould said. “I couldn’t reach [inside the window] because the window was about eight or nine feet high, so I got a chair. I jumped on the chair, used my flash light and started hollering, ‘Where you at?’”

In as fierce a Gathering of Worthies as when the cast of Harry Potter had lunch at the Daley Center, Some Peoples Law Office. Loevy, Loevy and Loevy Smith, Northwestern University Law Drop-outs and the Blum Center for Suing the $hit out of Chicago, the Boiled Beets Progressive of Illinois The Brighthole Coalition and 2229th Missionary Position Agnostic Church, roundly condemned Officer Timothy Gould, an 18 year veteran and close-knit ethnic Catholic for saving a South Shore black man while ending his sentences in prepositions.

SpokesTwerp G. Flint Taylor, noted for wrassling Gator Bradley for the sweepings of cash last summer, offered this,

'First Burge takes black men out on his Waterboarding Kris Craft Light Carrier and now systemic racism rears its head by disrespecting a black man with incorrect grammar. We are asking that all branches of Government give me Three Trillion dollars. This will not stand. Frivolous? I'll show you frivolous! I have the Press in my loincloth! I'll have Judge Gettleman in my corner again! You'll see! I am somebody!'

Blogger's note - Well done and God Bless you Officer Gould for your heroic and selfless act.

Robert Emmett Tyrrell's Prescient Eye on Newt

Publisher Bob Tyrrell toyed with the idea of running for Mayor of Chicago, at the time that Rahm Emanuel was forced to go in his attic by Queen Sister and other local activists. The Fenwick Alumnus was kidding on the square, as he'd be a carpet-bagging interloper who spent most of his recent years in Washington D. C.; or was that Mayor Emanuel?

R. Emmett Tyrrell publishes the American Spectator, a marked contrast to the elitist friend of the working man The Nation, which has been a sanctimonious rag from the time it splashed ink at the order of William Lloyd Garrison.

Bob Tyrrell, though a Washington pundit, is a genuine West side Chicago-type of guy. He can spot a phony in crowd on Wiltshire Blvd. - "Them."

Our media, on the other hand, love phonies. The media are the 'Ain't They Great' cheerleaders. If a pick-pocket rails against Bosses, The Machine, Systemic Racism, Police Torture, and Reform, that cut-purse is born-again baptized a Progressive Aint He Great Icon.

If a nickle snitching GOP hack plays Bi-Partisan, he becomes a Patriot. Phonies abound, because most folks are pretty nice and they are far too busy working to make up the lost taxes looted by the Patriot and the Progressive to give them an earful.

I am a Democrat, but will not vote for President Obama - BFD. One man & one vote against Astro-Grassroots. I am voting against the horse, in order to dump the DNC cart ( Planned Parenthood, ACLU, SEIU, LGBTQ, LSMFT)

I could care less who the GOP Nominee happens to be, though I would prefer it to be Rick Santorum.

If the GOP nominee is Larry the Cable Guy, Rev. Jesse L. Jackson, Henry Waxman, Charlie Sheen, President Obama's Uncle Omar, Christine, or Rosie O'Donnell, Ron Paul, Rand Paul, Billy Paul, Billy Joel, Joy Behar, Joel Osteen, Framin' Eamon, The Badger Boylan, Wallace "Gator" Bradley, Vernon Supreme, Clyde Oakes, Newt, or Mitt he/she will have my complete support and vote assured. It is that important.

Mr. Tyrrell called Newt out years ago. and linked Newt to Bill "Bubba" Clinton - our first and only Black Hillbilly President.

After Newt’s and Bill’s disastrous experiences in government both went on to create empires, Bill in philanthropy and cheap thought, Newt in public policy and cheap thought. As an ex-president Bill has wrung up an unprecedented $75.6 million since absconding from the White House with White House loot and shameless pardons. I do not know how much Newt has amassed, but he got between $1.6 million to $1.8 million from Freddie Mac, and he lobbied for Medicare Part B while receiving, according to the Washington Examiner’s Tim Carney, “Big Bucks Pushing Corporate Welfare.” Now after a lifetime in Washington he is promoting himself as an outsider. . . . Back in 1992 I appeared with Chris Matthews on some gasbag’s television show. Was it Donohue? At any rate, I said candidate Clinton had more skeletons in his closet than a body snatcher. It was a prescient line then, and I always got a laugh. I can apply the same line today to Newt, though he has skeletons both inside and outside his closet.

Conservatives should not be surprised by the scandals that lie ahead, if they stick with him. Those of us, who raised the question of character in 1992, were confronted by an indignant Bill Clinton, treating the topic as a low blow. To listen to him, character was the “c” word of American politics. It was reprehensible to mention it. By now we know. Character matters. Paul, Santorum, and Romney have it. Newt has Clinton’s character.

Santorum and Romney have character, but President Obama will hand Romney his lunch, I am afraid.

Like I said, this election is far too important not to lose. R. Emmett pointed to the GOP phony, Newt. He is a phony and seems as comfortable being one as had President Clinton.

President Obama does not know, or believe that he is one. If character matters, . . . let's see.

Vernon Supreme Compared to President Obama Vernon (Vermin?) Supreme seems far less dangerous.

Sympathy for the Devil - G. Flint Taylor

Just as every cop is a criminalAnd all the sinners saintsAs heads is tailsJust call me Lucifer'Cause I'm in need of some restraint - Sympathy for the Devil 1968

1968 - Jon Burge was an MP in Vitenam and G. Flint Taylor was the mouth-piece for the Black Panthers.  I was a junior at Little Flower High School.

2018 - Jon Burge is out of jail for perjury, but has never been chraged or convicted of torture.  G. Flint Taylor is a millionaire.  I teach high school social justice.

Last week, G. Flint Taylor made another run at getting cop-killer Jackie Wilson out of prison - Taylor wants Wilson re-tried in the comfortable atmosphere created by Taylor and other lawyers getting rich in the Wrongful Everything to Do With Justice Industry, as well as the generations of lazy, or agenda addicted members of the Chicago Media.

This atmosphere is a Gordian-knot compostiion of doctrines ( all police departmenst are fundmentally racist; police use torture gratuitously; Jon Burge used Vietnam era torture devices, as well as garden variety brutality to harm only African Americans in Chicago; Ellected officials care only about elections and will go along with anything; Justice must be tried in the court of public opinion; train journalism students to become active agents in the Wrongful Induistry; accept no inquiry; be patient) that over the last forty years has made Chicago a Thug Comfort Zone.

Thanks to G. Flint Taylor's mythopoeic mastery of the media in Chicago, the leftist philanthropic culture, the cowardly mayors and aldermen, and the elimination of historical truths in public education police officers wear body cameras, unless detailed to Rahm Emanuel's home, get charged with anything that might make a mistake look like racism, second guess any and all use of force tactics, while career criminals and savage thugs know that the race card is a get-out-of-jail free card acceptable at The Peoples Law Office, City Hall, Medill Law and Journalism, The Bluhm Centers, Cook County Building, WTTW, The Tribune, The Sun Times and lovingly, The Chicago Reader.

G. Flint Taylor has influenced more generations to go along with his myths and pleadings and longer than Hitler, Stalin, Mao, or Uncle Ho could ever dreamt  and all through the media. He was the mouth-piece for the Black Panthers, tried to Free Mumia, helped sanitize Bernardine Dorhn and her cartoonish old man, Bill Ayers, and dangled 501(c) 3 millions from the Ivory Towers of University of Chicago and Northwestern University before the grasping hands of lawyers and felons as well as millions of tax-payer dollars as well.

G. Flint Taylor needed no beer hall putsch, or Little Red Book; rather, selective memory, intellectual weakness, judge shopping and time itself, has poured the blood into Taylor's cement mix.

Since 1968, the year His Satanic Majesty provided us with some sympathy and taste, G. Flint Taylor's rock-samba of American imperialism brutality has played at ear shattering levels in print and in the Dirksen Federal Center.

Taylor and Jeffery Haas, co-founder of Peoples Law Office, formed their Marxist band of legal goblins on south Dearborn ( later on Milwaukee Avenue) with money from the World Council of Churches' American branch The National Council of Churches. This is from the dubious pen of the late Robert McClory:

The logical question, of course, is how and why Haas and Taylor keep fighting. It is understandable that the survivors of the Panther affair and the relatives of Hampton and Clark would like a measure of vengeance (and some cash) for what they have always perceived as a cold-blooded execution. But those friends and relatives are not independently wealthy, and they have contributed virtually nothing of their personal assets to the cost of prosecution, raised small amounts through benefits and fun raisers. The National Council of Churches made a donation.
Personal sacrifices to the greater good?  Rent in Lakeview, where both lived according to McClory, whose sole purpose in life was create urban legends out of leftists, was always high, even in the 1970's.  The Burge Mythology is now taught as a scoial science in Chicago Public Schools.

Jon Burge was convicted of perjury after years of media bear-baiting and legal legerdemain.

G. Flint Taylor and legions of other fatuous opportunists have made fortunes by playing media, do-gooders and generations of young people completely unaquainted with the facts of the murders, arrests, convictions and subsequent judge shopping by Peoples Law Office, MacArthur Center for Justice, Loevy & Loevy.

There has been absolutely no proof of torture – hundreds of allegations and millions of dollars in payouts -but not one win in G.Flint Taylor’s column.

Jon Burge was trapped in a legal maze created by time, judge shopping, media complicity and collective memory loss.

When torture appears, deal with it. That has yet to be proven. Truth is not something “We Can All Agree Upon.” That is John Dewey.

What strikes me is the money trail of WCC and the NCC that leads directly to the KGB - the former Soviet secret police.  No journalist in Chicago wants a Pulitzer denied due such an inquiry.

Instead, Taylor poisons the landscape with pieces like his recent In These Times article:

In Chicago, the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP), a longtime supporter of racist police torturer Jon Burge, is now seeking to circumvent court orders that preserve and make public the police misconduct files of repeater cops such as Burge, by seeking to enforce a police contract provision that calls for the destruction of the files after seven years.  And in a show of solidarity with the killer of Michael Brown, Chicago’s FOP is soliciting contributions to the Darren Wilson defense fund on its website.
Such reactionary actions by police unions are not new, but are a fundamental component of their history, particularly since they came to prominence in the wake of the civil rights movement. These organizations have played a powerful role in defending the police, no matter how outrageous and racist their actions, and in resisting all manner of police reforms.
As a high school teacher and citizen of Chicago, I demand that the so-called watch-dogs ask G. Flint Taylor some thoughtful, tough and compelling questions. Until something like that happens, G. Flint Taylor  will bully judges like Hooks into releasing murdering thugs like Jackie Wilson.

  • What is your connection to the bombings in Oakland committed by Dohrn and the Weather Underground?
  • Who ordred the murder of CPD officers Gilhooley and Rappaport* in November 1969?
  • Why is Judge Gettleson always your go-to-guy?
  • Where is Frank Sirtoff?  Tell us all about him?
  • Who paid John Conroy?
  • Have you ever been to Russia?
  • How did you land Judge Hooks for your Jackie Wilson gambit?
  • Why do you hate black people who are not felons?
  • Why do you owe Gator Bradley money?
These might be a simple begining of the media having much less sympathy for Chicago's devil.

Who,who, who, whoooo!

Chicago Police Department
November 13, 1969
Officer John J. Gilhooly and Officer Frank G. Rappaport were ambushed by a member of the radical group Black Panthers on a false call of a “man with a gun”.
As the officers entered a gangway between two buildings the man opened fire with a shotgun from a porch below, striking Officer Rappaport in the chest and Officer Gilhooly in the face and neck. The suspect then shot Officer Rappaport again as he lay on the ground, killing him.
Gilhooly was survived by his father, brother and sister.

John McCain: Pope Endorses McCain - To Offset Any, All and Future Denunciations

The Pope, a rabbi, a blond, a lawyer, a gay man, an Irishman, a Pole, a Puerto Rican, and a black man all walk into a bar. "What is this," queries the barman, "some kind of a joke?!?"

An Irishman walks out of a bar...

Jesus walks into a bar, slaps three nails down on the counter, and asks the bartender, "Can you put me up for the night?"

WILLIAM HENRY POPE -- The name, Pope, is an early English surname of the class whose origin is found in nicknames. It signifies literally 'the pope', and was applied at the beginning of the surname era to one of austere, ascetic or ecclesiastical bearing. Pope is derived from the post classical Latin, papa, meaning father. The name is its present form first appears in England registers in the year 1273.

Arms - Argent two chevrons gules on a chief of the second an escallop or.

One of the foremost figures on the business horizon of New England during the past half century, an eminently successful business man and manufacturer, was the late William Henry Pope, who was for several decades identified with a number of the largest milling enterprises in Rhode Island.

To him belongs the distinction and honor of having developed and practically established the town of Esmond, R. I. That he was the prime factor in its existence is evident from the fact that upon his retirement from business the enterprise and industry which had been its more prominent feature fell off to a marked degree. Mr. Pope was one of the foremost business men of his day, directing enormous banking and railroad interests.

William Henry Pope was born in Enfield, Hampshire county, Mass., July 18, 1840, son of Icabod and Serena (Woods) Pope. Icabod Pope was a prominent manufacturer of England, and was for several years justice of peace in the town. His wife, Serena (Woods) Pope, was a sister of Josiah Woods, founder and donor of Woods Library, Amherst College; she died in the year 1846. Their son received the advantages of an excellent education, and until he reached the age of fifteen years attended a private school at Enfield. He then went to Pawtucket, R. I., where he resided for a short time with his aunt, Mrs. Frank Pratt. Later, while residing in Providence with an uncle, he attended private schools in that city, and on completing his preliminary studies entered the A. G. Scholfield Business College. Following his graduation from this institution he was employed by various firms in the city. In 1863 he became connected with Albert Gallup, then head of Gallup Brothers, cotton manufacturers, in the office of the firm, and continued in this capacity until the removal of Mr. Gallup to New York City. During the period spent with this firm, Mr. Pope familiarized himself thoroughly with the details of cotton manufacturing, and the practical side of business management, serving, as it were, an apprenticeship to the cotton manufacturing trade. He possessed considerable genius in this line, and in his connection with Gallup Brothers amassed a wealth of information and experience which later stood him in good stead in his own ventures. After the removal of Mr. Gallup to New York, Mr. Pope entered into the independent manufacturing of cotton, after a short period spent in the cotton brokerage business. After 1871 he entered this field, and accepted the agency for the Robert Watson Mills at Willimantic. In 1878 his success in the brokerage business made it possible for him to engage in cotton manufacturing, and he purchased the mill and mill village owned by the Smithfield Manufacturing Company at Allenville, in the town of Smithfield, R. I.

Much older than the 71 year old Naval Aviator, Vietnam POW, Torture Survivor, Republican Conservative Survivor, Presidential Nominee and American Hero, Pope endorsed John McCain in order to stave off any and all future denunciations - as there are and have been misuses of the word as a noun and a verb by Progressive and Conservative Stalinists of both Republican and Democratic Parties:

BTW - I am Catholic and I am voting for John McCain; so are two of my three kids.

From the Catholic Dictionary:
Denunciation
Denunciation (Latin denunciare) is making known the crime of another to one who is his superior. The employment of denunciation has its origin in the Scriptures. Christ ordains (Matthew 18:15-17), "If thy brother shall offend against thee, go, and rebuke him between thee and him alone. If he shall hear thee thou shalt gain thy brother. And if he will not hear thee, take with thee one or two more: that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may stand. And if he will not hear them: tell the church. And if he will not hear the church, let him be to thee as the heathen and publican". As the object of this denunciation was the bettering of one's neighbour, by admonition, not vindictive punishment, it has received the name of charitable or evangelical denunciation. The term paternal correction is also applied to it. ( Emphasis My Own)

After the Church had obtained an official status before the world, it built up a process of criminal law, and judicial denunciation took the place of evangelical. The difference consists in this, that the judicial declaration is made not merely for the reformation, but also for the punishment of the guilty person. By ordinary process of law, it is an accuser who evokes the dormant power of the judge. If the charge be false, such accuser is obliged to sustain the punishment that would have been inflicted on the guilty party. In modern ecclesiastical law proceedings, however, this law of reprisals has gone into desuetude, and in diocesan courts the promotor fiscalis takes the place of the accuser. The difference between the accuser and denouncer is that the latter does not assume the obligation of proving the charge which he brings, and so is not amenable to the law of risks or retaliation. To avoid, however, the multiplication of unfounded charges, a denouncer whose accusation can not be proved, is ordinarily suspended from his benefice and dignities until it is made manifest that his denunciation did not proceed from malice. If the person denounced be declared judicially innocent of the crime laid to him, then the denouncer must make oath that he acted in good faith in bringing the charges. It is allowed to the denouncer to appear also as a witness in the trial. The person denounced is, by that very fact, considered to have suffered in his good name and as a consequence he becomes incapable for a year of receiving any sacred order or benefice, unless he be found innocent. It is to be remarked that denunciation is not supposed to take place until private admonitions have been tried fruitlessly. Denunciation in the strict sense of the law has practically gone in into desuetude, and its place is taken by a simple statement to a superior who has the right of proceeding canonically against delinquents, without subjecting the informer to the obligations incumbent on denouncers.

There is a special obligation imposed by a decree of the Holy Office to denounce heretics, magicians, those who have abused the Sacrament of Penance (see SOLICITATION) and others guilty of similar crimes to the Inquisition (see INQUISITION). Where Catholics, however, live in places where they are mixed with heretics, they are not bound to denounce the latter. The term denunciation is also applied to matters connected with the Sacrament of Matrimony (see BANNS). Finally, as to the obligation of denouncing transgressors, every person is bound to do so, when he can fulfil the duty without grave detriment to himself and with corresponding utility to society or individuals. In certain cases only, is denunciation strictly prescribed, as in those relating to matrimonial impediments, to abuse of the confessional, and to the names of leaders of secret societies.

Catholic Wild Bill Donahue! Take note - Where Catholics, however, live in places where they are mixed with heretics, they are not bound to denounce the latter. You can not denouce down, Bill. Only up. If a crumb is louse of the first order to begin with, how in God's name can one denounce him? His very existence is denunciation aplenty! Does Calypso Louie need a denunciation? Heck no! Pre-school kids know that Al Sharpton is a master race-baiter and Anne Coulter a skinny blond! We hold these truths to be self evident, as Al Gore will have said!

So, it is with the Texas Know-Nothing Goofball; Calypso Louis Farrakhan; Pastor Wright; most people who still talk to the Clintons and Willie Cunningham - let's have a moratorium on Denunciations - that was Joe Stalin's Shtick.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stalin#Purges_and_deportations

It's Politics, Boys and Girls! Now, once the candidate moves from politics to Governance -then, we can all start squeaking like the low-talkers on NPR and the Loudmouths on Talk Radio.

A man walks into a bar with an alligator. "Do you serve lawyers in here?" the man inquires. "Sure do!" replies the bartender. "Great!" says the man. "I'll have a Coors Light, and how 'bout a lawyer for my 'gator."

Let's get serious, here!

John McCain: Chicago Police Officers - Justice Has Your Backs!

Chicago Police Officers have been under assault by the very forces of radical thought in America that Senator Barack Obama wears over his shoulders like a good heavy top-coat out on the stump - well, there's stumps and there's stumps. As Senator Obama so clearly stated last week at the donor ( $2,500 a Butt Place) get-together in San Francisco last week, Cops, cling to your Faith and your weapons.

All summer long and through the fall of 2007, Chicago Police Officers, not the City of Chicago, came under an orchestration of strings, horns and percussion from the Chicago Sun Times News Group. It was an atonal Progressive Piece.

On July 10th, 2007 Sun Times editor Cheryl Reed issued her proclamation "we [the Chicago Sun-Times editorial page] are returning to our liberal, working-class roots, a position that pits us squarely opposite the Chicago Tribune—that Republican, George Bush-touting paper over on moneyed Michigan Avenue."

What followed was not a series of editorials or reports in support of hard-working, over-taxed, crime-victimized Chicago citizens, but what appeared to be a daily pogrom of Chicago Police Officers.

Radical Lawyers, University 501(c)3 Thinks Tanks, Street Reverends, Urban Translators,* convicted murderers, foolishly gutless elected officials and community activists publicly attempted to undermine any and all confidence in law enforcement by arguing that Chicago Police Officers, black,Hispanic, Asian and white were fundamentally brutal racists drunk on power - and other lubricants as well.

Radical lawyers, especially G.Flint Taylor ( Peoples Law Office) and Jon Loevy, had their coal shovelled for them by Cheryl Reed's Progressive Independent Voice of Chicago. Reed's catch-phrase 'Let's Get into It!' Challenged criminals violate the laws and safety of Chicago and its citizens and win a Lotto Lawsuit with Flint Taylor or Jon Loevy in the public eye.

During the Sun Times reign of terror, a Thug Comfort Zone was created in Chicago. Mary Mitchell. Frank Main, and Mark Brown voiced 'concerns' about Chicago's 'systemic racism and corruption.' Convicted murderers who had been pardoned by Governor Ryan sued the City of Chicago and nearly every day lawyers like Taylor and Loevy or radical think tanks from Northwestern University Law ( smeared by the continued tenure of convicted domestic terrorist and Obama friend Bernardine Dohrn) spokesmen Locke Bowman were given gallons of ink by the Chicago Sun Times to pillory the very women and men charged with 'keeping a lid' on Chicago's Homicide Roller Coaster.

Here are but ten of 185 such pieces that helped create Chicago's Thug Comfort Zone:

More than 1,200 complaints have dogged 57 officers in the Chicago Police Department's elite Special Operations Section over the past five years. But only four of those complaints have led to discipline: a 15-day suspension and three reprimands, according to statistics obtained by the Chicago Sun-Times.

Over the same period from 2001 to 2006, at least six members of the citywide Special Operations Section robbed drug dealers and honest citizens alike, prosecutors say. Those...

Good God!

The dedicated men and women of Chicago Police Department continued to Serve and Protect under this most unwholesome reign of terror. Citizens died from violence and went completely ignored by the creators of the Thug Comfort Zone: two Leo High School graduates of the Class of 2004 Jason Riley Class Valedictorian and Golden Gloves Boxing Champion 2003 (125Lb. Division) was shot in the back by gang bangers at 69th & Justine in front of witnesses and received only coverage and outcry from the Chicago Tribune. Two weeks earlier, Steve Lyons, Leo 2004 Thompson Gold Medal Scholar, was murdered while studying at his desk in his grandmother's home by gang bangers. Neither, death provoked any artificial outcry from Mary Mitchell, Frank Main, Abdon Pallasch, Mark Brown or Cheryl Reed. No class for marches, no nothing, because their deaths could not result in a Lotto Lawsuit by Lefty Lawyers, or enrich any Urban Translator, or hand a microphone to University Think Tank loudmouths.

Cheryl Reed is gone. Chicago Sun Times is limping to an ignominious end. Chicago Police Officers still serve and protect.

Payback is a tall beautiful woman with her eyes covered and a nifty set of scales in her mitts. That babe is a knockout.

She may help get an unjustly accused and convicted Chicago Police Man out of an Iowa Prison.

She may help the Lyons and Riley families find justice against the people who created the Thug Comfort Zone that killed Jason and Steve.

Chicago Police officers may get help from this beautiful woman in November, when John McCain get elected to the Presidency.

This morning, as every morning I began my day with the women and men who keep me safe. I open to CPD Officers' only forum the great Blodsite Second City Cop. The Chicago Police Officers - not the command structure - seem to have better morale these days. They are getting a look at the crumbling structure, sadly around Obama's Campaign, of the foundation of the Thug Comfort Zone. The Babe with the scales has you backs Officers!

From today's Second City Cop:

Sen. Barack Obama was criticized Friday by his two fellow presidential candidates for statements he made recently at a San Francisco fundraiser that could be viewed as derogatory toward rural America.

"You go into these small towns in Pennsylvania and, like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing's replaced them," Obama said Sunday, according to the Huffington Post web site.

"And they fell through the Clinton administration, and the Bush administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not," Obama reportedly continued. "It's not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations."
"...cling to guns"? Isn't that a Right enshrined in the United States Constitution?

"...or religion"? Again, a Right. People are free to worship or not as they see fit. And if religion is the touchstone that helps them live their lives morally, ethically and properly, who is Obama to claim they are "bitter"? We wonder why Obama seems to "cling" to the Trinity Church where an obviously deranged "reverend" claims the CIA invented AIDS and 9/11 was deserved.

"...anti-immigrant"? How about "anti people breaking the laws of the United States to come here, drain the economy and demand protections due only to actual citizens of this country"? Everyone here today is descended from immigrants, but most of our ancestors did it properly.

Hillary is circling the drain, but the more Obama speaks, the more people realize he's nothing more than an old-time big-government liberal elite who's going to raise taxes, kowtow to special interests and pretty much destroy the economy by implementing gigantic social programs on a level unseen since the 1930's.

Barring a disaster, it's McCain in November.

*
It's clear that gang members and the justice system they sometimes encounter operate in different social spheres. You might even say that such (alleged) criminals speak a different language than judges and attorneys. That, at least, is a point of discussion in a Chicago courtroom.

Wallace "Gator" Bradley is currently acting as a "court interpreter" for a gang member suing the city because, he claims, police tortured confessions out of him. In a criminal trial, the Chicago Sun-Times reports, Aaron Patterson shouted in court, threatened his attorneys and attacked one of them.

To keep him calm in his current trial, Bradley is sitting at his table in court and helping him keep calm. Attorney Frank Avila made this argument in pressing the judge to accept the unusual arrangement: "Mr. Bradley and him come from a different subculture and they are familiar with each other's, let's say, emotional needs. So I'm using this analogy of having a translator in a different language. And I know that sounds kind of radical, but I think that's correct. And I think Mr. Bradley would be critical in communicating with my client."

Attorneys for the other side find this all highly irregular. "All of us were stunned when Patterson's attorney described Mr. Bradley as an urban translator," said Patricia Bobb, an attorney for a Cook County judge who is among those Patterson is suing.

Especially because he could be saving a bundle.

Will Traitor Edward Snowden Seek Asylum in Chicago, Our Sanctuary & Laundered Life City?

Billy, tell Eric Z to 'call' me; I thinks I gots a place for that kid, Snowden.  How's retirement?  I see you are doing side-walk marketing for Liberty Tax Preparations - pensions sure ain't what they was! "- Stanley Ikernberry Uof I Utility Grifter

A spokesman for Russian President Vladimir Putin said Tuesday that Snowden had withdrawn his request for asylum there because of Putin’s (dubious) requirement that Snowden stop doing damage to the United States. WikiLeaks announced Tuesday that he’s still seeking asylum from 20 countries, including such bastions of freedom as China, Cuba and Venezuela. Dana Milbank - Washington Post

Chicago is the only only city in the world where a law breaker can get square deal.

Milton Bradley, formerly of the Chicago Cubs and MLB, parted our sanctuary city for the sunnier coast. Between 2011-12 he tuned up his bride, because he was smokin' loud in front of kiddies.  He will now go away for six semesters. Had Milton not been the obstreperous lout with a lousy batting average, he might have avoided incarceration altogether and garnered an academic posting at De Paul University, or as an Urban Translator along side of Gator Bradley in Wrongful Conviction Heater Trials.

Milton, you should have stayed put, Son!  Tio Hardiman's missus has been 'induced' to drop the Brown Hand Procedure charges.

Wife beaters get work in Chicago - columnists and anti-violence activists.  Charges disappear like magic.

Any malefactor can get work in the City That Works for Some. Cliff Kelley is a disc jockey.  America's domestic terrorism Mr. & Mrs. North - Billy and Bernardin Ayers & Dorhn helped kill cops and blew up buildings only to become Distinguished Professors at Cement City (UICC) and Northwestern University.

There are ex-con Aldermen and ex-con Obama strategists, like Bob "the Shank" Creamer - Terra Haute Alumnus and Schakowsky Spouse. Chicago is a sanctuary city for illegal aliens, but more so the de facto sanctuary city of Progressive Blessed Criminals. Rahm ordered Chicago be the Welcome City! More so, Chicago provides The Laundered Life!

Chicago is not unlike a medieval church where felons find not only shelter but a comfortable income.

Why would Edward Snowden opt to end his days in banana burgs like La Paz, Quito, or Caracas, when he could Lou Malnati his way to a quiet grave right here in Chicago - via the Laundered Life.

My advice, to Snowden would be

1. Dump Glenn Greenwald and seek the patronage of Stanley Ikenberry ( Bill Ayers' Chinaman U of I Utility Grifter)
2. Have Dad make a drop to the Re-elect Pat Quinn Campaign, Personal PAC, or WTTW
3. Reach out to Carol Marin for a series of heart-tugging columns about your being bullied by Pipe-fitters and Cement Finishers
4. Wear Cubs gear in the Russkie airport
5. Advocate for Gay Marriage . . .after you leave Moscow of course

In no time at all,   Eric Snowden will be a resident and distinguished fellow of Something-or-Other at De Paul,  corned beef stacking judge at Manny's, WTTW panelist, BGA Whistle Blower Lecturer and roof-top seating life member, Hyde Park Neighborhood Watch Member and permanent guest of Chicago: The Sanctuary City!  Be as big as your dreams and as big as the lies.

The Guardian: CPD Blamed for Patrick Kane and Derrick Rose Injuries

Coincidence.  (noun) 1. A remarkable concurrence of events or circumstances without apparent causal connection.KaneImage result for homan squareImage result for derrick rose injury

2015 has not been a good year for Chicago sports. In less than 60 days, we lost Ernie Banks; the Jackie Robinson West Little League scandal broke, stripping a title from the most beloved team the city has had in years; and the bright light of the hiring of John Fox as the Bears' new head coach was dimmed as serious hints continue to emerge that both Matt Forte and Brandon Marshall may not be back. Then came Tuesday night.
And Cleveland fans feel they are jinxed.
Racism, Class-ism, Iceism, Rountinization and Systemic knee water?  No it must have been all the afore mentioned and Chicago Police.

CHICAGO: Rose and Kane 'Disappear' from Chicago Sport Scene
Punters seeking to manage the over and under when dropping a few Bob on sport, we sorely disappointed when NFL leading scorer and the Bulls' Lourdes Frequent Flyer took places in the Public Health queue.
The Guardian has reported that Chicago Police Department's Homa Square facility is being used to disappear home brewers.  Three NATO protestors and home brewers were charged as domestic terrorists in 2013, even though none of the trio belong to the Tea Party.  Lamprey Lawyers for Peoples Law Offices cite CPD with  "routinization of a notorious practice ."
The Homan Square black site is located on Chicago's occupied West Side, where oppression comes up like the thundering dawn on the Raod to Mandalay.  Both sport teams play oin the West Side, dangerously close to Homan Square House of Hoo-doo.
Says, G. Flint Taylor, Gator Wrassler and Abulance Chasing Pettiogger, “This Homan Square revelation seems to me to be an institutionalization of the practice that dates back more than 40 years, . . .  of violating a suspect or witness’ rights to a lawyer and not to be physically or otherwise coerced into giving a statement.”

All roads lead somewhere. The Guardian notes that facts often bowl wickets stuck.
Chicago punters wonder. Were Kane and Rose disappeared to cover CPD betting at the highest levels? OR, was Kane mistaken for an African American?Image result for Patrick Kane
