This seems Serious!
Twenty Two of Thirty Posts linked on Wonkosphere's McCain Buzz Tab are violently anti-McCain. I lodged two inquiries to Wonkosphere and received no Response.*
Take a look at the sharp contrast in the tone of posts in the Romney Buzz linked below.
Here is one of the inquiries that I lodged to the Wonkosphere Editors:
Look at the nature of the Posts linked below. Why is that?

The Contrast is Unbelievable! What's up? McCain Buzz is top-heavy negative postings and your Romney Buzz is all Hozzanas!

Good morning. In response to your inquiry, please see
http://wonkoblog.com/2008/01/05/mccain-taking-heavy-fire-dont
It appears that Mitt Romney's Campaign flooded the Wonkosphere with violently negative posts on John McCain. Akin to tearing down house signs and smearing one's character. Mitt's desperate.
The Wonkosphere should cover itself and yank the Romney vitriol - or at least start posting from the McCain People.

I went over there and gave them a piece of my mind Mistah Pat and demanded an answer as to why this is going on asked them if they were biased and if they had a particular candidate or party that they were favoring because that appeared to be what was going on.

Hi all, just wanted to respond to your questions about Wonkosphere. Steve also has made comments on our blog last night:
http://wonkoblog.com/2008/01/05/mccain-taking-heavy-fire-dont-blame-us/
As our response says, everything in our system is automated. The 30 stories chosen for the buzz on each candidate's page are the 10 most "representative" of all the posts mentioning the candidate from conservative, liberal, and independent spheres. The "math" the computer uses is based on social network theory.
We cannot "filter" results, that would destroy the whole objective premise of the system. We did not filter out the 100+ Ron Paul fanblogs just because he's "over represented" in the blogosphere, nor did we filter out the "I hate Hillary" blogs that dominate the conservative Wonkosphere. What's there is what's there.
The best way to increase a candidate's standing in Wonkosphere is (a) too blog about them a lot, and (b) make sure your blog is in our directory.
To be honest, this week I don't see conservative bloggers talking nearly as much about McCain as I would expect, they seem much more interested in Romney and Clinton's potential political deaths...
